Located in one of the highest and most spectacular ridges of the Sierra Gorda, this place’s vistas and the meeting point of the two ecosystems that it guards will leave you breathless. At the tip of the Cerro de la Media Luna (Half Moon Mountain in Spanish), where the oak forests meet the semi-desert and large cliffs rise up, you can enjoy the astonishing panoramic views. This is without a doubt one of the most scenic places in the Sierra Gorda.

The point of observation is the property of the community of Cuatro Palos. The women’s cooperative offers accommodation, campgrounds, and guides to visit the site.
